What to Expect When You Book A Camp With Us

 

We are professionals when it comes to giving kids a magical party experience.

 Our tents have so many themes to choose from, we know they'll have a an experience they won't forget.

 

To book complete an online booking form and we will get back to you within 72 hours to finalise the details.

We will always request a 50% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of confirming to secure your booking.  

Final payment is then due 7 days before your camp - both payable by card or BACs transfer.

We can be flexible on delivery and collection arrangements, and offer a friendly, hassle-free service.

Teepee Package & Pricing

Our Teepees are available to book per night and have no mimimum numbers.

We can accommodate a special treat for your little one or the perfect sleepover for as many kids as you can handle!

We now have 3 options when it comes to teepee set up.

  • Our Standard Teepee is recommended for children up to 130cm in height.
  • Our Tot Teepee is a smaller teepee suitable for children up to age 5.
  • Our Teen Teepee comes with a single airbed and is suitable for children up to 175cm in height.

Can't fit all the kids in the room with the teepees ... don't worry we also have a Teepee'less' option.

Where all the fun of the theme comes with the mattresses and you can fit more beds into your space. 

Teepee'less' Camps

DIY Set up is priced at £25 for 1 night hire and Assembly/Dismantle Service is priced at £35 for 1 night hire

 

Package includes free local delivery within a ten mile radius of EH47. Additional mileage will be charged at £1 per mile.

We currently have 25 themes to choose from (not including our seasonal set ups).
